Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) for Yearbook Dedication Ad Spaces:

Can I purchase a Yearbook Ad for my 8th grade student?

• Yes,  you may reserve your spot between January 14, 2013 and January 25 or until Ad's spaces are sold out, which ever comes first.  Only one dedication space can be purchased per student.

When will order forms be made available?

•  Order forms will be posted here and on the school website beginning Friday, January 11 and a copy will also be sent home with students that same day.  

When can I reserve my spot?

• Payments will not be accepted any sooner than 8am on Monday, January 14th. 

 Can I pay by check?

• No, because Ad's are sold on a first come-first served basis, Ad spaces are CASH ONLY.  No exceptions.

 What sizes are available?  

• There are two sizes you can choose from, but please note that there are a limited amount of spaces that will be sold of each size and each space will be sold on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis.  

Can I purchase a quarter page / half page / full page?

• No, because of the limited space we have allocated in the Junior Academy yearbook for Ad's, you may only choose from the two sizes that we have made available.

Can you save me a spot?

• No, You must FIRST submit your payment in FULL in order to reserve your Ad Space.  There are no exceptions to this guideline and at no time will any spots be reserved or held.  

Can I send in my order form during the reservation window and submit payment at a later time?

• No, both form and payment MUST be submitted at the same time in order to reserve your Ad space.

Who do I submit my order to?

• Order form and payment must be submitted in person DIRECTLY to Ms. Palos in room 1001. All orders are numbered and spots are reserved as soon as they are submitted. Order forms returned to homebase teachers will not be honored - DO NOT LEAVE orders on Ms. Palos' desk unattended. 

Can my student submit my order?

• Yes, if you choose not to make this a surprise, your student may submit directly to Ms. Palos.

When do I have to turn in my message and photo for the Ad space?

• Both photos and messages MUST be submitted by February 28th. NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please note that there will be no refunds made for spaces purchased with no accompanying photos and messages.

I will not have the photo(s) I want to use by February 28th, can I submit message now and photo later? 

•  No, both message and photos must be submitted by this deadline  Arrangements for use of a different photos must be made.

How do I submit message and photos?

• Message and accompanying photo(s) must be submitted via email ONLY with the student’s name listed in the subject line. Photos must be submitted in digital, JPG format ONLY.

I have a baby photo that I would like to use, is that OK?

• Yes, however this must be submitted in digital format. We cannot scan photos for you.
• Please note: is our recommendation that a current photo be used for the smaller Ad, as this Ad only accommodates ONE photo.  We have found that people are usually left wondering who the Ad was intended for when only a baby photo has been used in the Ad.

 Can another family member purchase an Ad space for my child?

• Only one Ad space can be purchased for each student unless additional spaces are available once the sale has ended.  There will be a waiting list made for these cases.  
• In the event that dedication spaces still remain after February 25th, remaining spaces will be offered to those on waiting list, teachers, students, etc. who would like to purchase for other students, school groups, clubs, etc.
